As you know, we're diligently striving to educate, motivate to participate, elevate and empower our members in the community. Therefore, we strongly encourage your participation and attendance at our upcoming National Conference on 'Advancing the Haitian-American Agenda: Economic, Civic and Social Strategies' on April 17-19, 2008 at Brooklyn Borough Hall. We'll have renowned speakers coming from all over the country including activists Mr. Jean Robert Lafortune (HAGC) and Ms. Marleine Bastien (FANM) from Florida; educator and scholar Dr. Carole M. Berotte Joseph from Massachusetts; entertainer Ms. Yole Derose from Haiti and many other notables.

Member of the month
Mr. Fritz Clairvil was born in Haiti and has been living in the United States since 1974. Mr. Clairvil attended George Marc College in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He earned a Bachelor degree from NYC University of New York and continued on to earn his Master of Science in Organizational Management at Mercy College of Dobbs Ferry, New York.
Mr. Clairvil worked in different fields with manifold responsibilities; among them Chemical Bank in Wall Street for five years as a Supervisor in a department that dealt with "Trusts and Investments". Mr. Clairvil is currently President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vest Net Capital; a New York City based company founded eight years ago by Mr. Clairvil. Vest Net Capital is a real estate and investment company with the mission to buy and renovate moderately priced residential and commercial properties for resale. He has assembled a dynamic team of professionals with a strong foundation in ethics and customer satisfaction.
