45th DISTRICT HAITI RELIEF EFFORT
45th District Haiti Relief Effort Mobile Service Unit is a partnership between Councilmember Jumaane D. Williams and HABNET formed in response to the devastating earthquake that occurred in Haiti on January 12, 2010. HABNET coordinates additional Temporary Protected Status (TPS) clinics at different locations, normally on Sundays. At these clinic sites, TPS and other immigration services are offered as well as such diverse services as Health Insurance, Social Services, Medical Services by our various partners. HABNET personnel provide Financial Literacy and Business Education information and assistance, as well as Voter Registration service to those eligible.
